NewLeaf Symbiotics is seeking an agronomist that has field and lab experience to join our growing research team as a research associate, Field agronomist. This position will report to the Agronomy/Biology Manager and assist with day-to-day management of the agronomy research program, as well as perform research in development of beneficial bacteria for increased plant health, pest mitigation and nutrient optimization. Expertise in designing and implementing small plot field trials, growth chamber, and greenhouse assays is required. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, innovative, excel in written and verbal communication, and possess experience in mentoring and managing others.
