Michael Frodyma, Ph.D.

Growing up on the East Coast, I have lived for the time outdoors; hiking through the mountains, camping in the forest and spending time out on the water. Moving to Missouri meant a whole new environment to explore from the Ozarks to Table Rock Lake.  My passion for the outside meant an education in biology, and with a couple false starts in marine and molecular biology, I found my place in microbiology, and have worked there ever since. Fifteen years in industry later, I’m still finding new ways to utilize microbes in the environment, and still finding ways to explore the out of doors.
