Shawn Semones

I have worked in Agriculture since graduating from Virginia Tech.  I have spent my entire career developing biological products that help farmers produce more with less.  It is fascinating to have witnessed the development and growth of the Ag Biologicals space over the last 24 years.  When I started there were few companies, and the technology was not understood.  Now this space is one of the fastest growing input segments.   I believe technologies like those developed by New Leaf Symbiotics will help feed a growing global population in a more sustainable, regenerative way.  In my free time, I like to golf, hike, go to beaches and spend time with my family.
